How do I access my email from a web browser?

You can access your email account by going to http://yourdomain.com/webmail. (You must replace 'yourdomain.com' with your website name) You will be given a choice of 3 webmail programs. You can choose any one.

How long does it take to setup my site?

Your account will be created in less that 24 hours. You will be able to upload your files to our servers, however, if you registered a new website name, it may take up to 72 hours for propagation. This means that it takes a couple of days for the internet to recognize your new domain name.

How reliable are your servers? Can I trust your service?

Our servers are located and administered at the NAC data center in Parsippany, N.J. We have a guaranteed uptime of 99.5%. If at anytime our servers experience problems, you will receive a credit for that month. We want to earn your business, and we do this by keeping our promises.
